Development of bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS instrumentation to measure the concentration of drugs or novel compounds in biological specimens from collaborative studies with clinicians for application to investigation of the in vivo metabolism and pharmacokinetics of the clinically important drugs of interest. Supervisor: Dr. Sussan Ghassabian s.ghassabian@uq.edu.au
